1. Shipping Schedule:

· Orders placed before 12:00 noon will be shipped the same day via motorcycle courier or post.

· Orders placed after this time will be shipped on the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods:

· Motorcycle courier (within city):

· Delivery time: up to 24 hours (depending on traffic and location)

· Cost: free/paid (according to sales conditions)

· Express/Registered Post:

· Delivery time: 48 to 72 working hours

· Shipment tracking available via tracking code

3. Holidays and Weekends:

· Orders are not shipped on official holidays and weekends (Friday); they will be postponed to the next business day.

4. Possible Delays:

· In case of unforeseen events (such as postal strikes, bad weather conditions, etc.), delivery time may change.

5. Delivery Areas:

· Motorcycle courier: only within major cities (Tehran, Karaj, etc.)

· Post: to all parts of the country

6. Door-to-Door Delivery:

· Orders can only be received by the original recipient (by presenting the tracking code) or their authorized representative.

7. Shipping Cost:

· Free for purchases over 5 million tomans

· Based on post/courier rates for other orders

8. Order Tracking:

· After shipping, the tracking code will be sent to you via SMS/email.
