1. Are your products authentic?

Yes. All products offered by Perfume Shopping are authentic. We are extremely careful when selecting both our products and suppliers, and authenticity is one of our fundamental principles.

2. What guarantee do you provide for authenticity?

Our strongest guarantee is the reputation of Perfume Shopping, our approximately 20 years of experience, and the valuable trust of our customers, which is our greatest asset.

We carefully select our suppliers and prefer to work with companies we have known and worked with for many years. We never purchase from unknown suppliers simply to increase our selection or obtain a lower price. We would rather list a brand as unavailable than source it from a supplier whose reliability we cannot verify.

3. Are there different quality levels of original perfumes?

No. A perfume is either authentic or it is not. There is no quality level between the two, regardless of terms such as “Grade A,” “High Copy,” “Master Copy,” or similar descriptions.

4. Do oil perfumes have the same fragrance as original perfumes?

No. Original perfume brands do not offer their fragrances as the type of concentrated perfume oils commonly sold in the market. Oil perfumes are different products and should not be considered equivalent to the original branded fragrance.

5. Can I test a fragrance before buying the full bottle?

Yes. You can choose from approximately 700 samples and decants and test the fragrance before purchasing. However, samples or decants are not available for every fragrance in our store.

6. Can I return a perfume if I do not like its scent or performance?

No. A perfume that has been opened, used, or tested cannot be returned because you do not like the fragrance or are not satisfied with its longevity. We therefore recommend testing a sample or decant before purchasing the full bottle whenever possible.

7. Can I return a purchased product?

Yes. According to our return policy, you have up to 7 days to return a purchased product, provided it is in exactly the same original condition in which you received it. The product must not have been used or tested.

8. How can I improve fragrance longevity and projection?

If longevity and refreshing the fragrance throughout the day are important to you, we recommend carrying a 5 ml refillable atomizer and reapplying the perfume when needed.

9. Do you have a perfume that lasts for several days and remains after washing clothes?

If you mean a fragrance that can remain unchanged for several days and still be noticeable after washing clothes, our honest answer is: we do not have a perfume whose longevity can be guaranteed in that way.

Fragrance longevity depends on many factors, including the fragrance itself, skin type, weather, amount applied, and the fabric.

10. Why are some perfumes discontinued?

There can be several reasons, including:

• Insufficient demand for the fragrance
• Changes in fragrance industry regulations or restrictions on certain ingredients
• The brand ending its collaboration with the perfumer
• A significant increase in the cost of raw materials
• Limited availability of certain ingredients making production difficult or uneconomical

11. Why are some of your prices lower than the official brand's website?

Comparing the price of a specialized retailer with the price displayed on an official brand website does not necessarily mean comparing the same purchasing conditions. The assumption that we purchase perfumes at the official brand's retail price is incorrect.

Sourcing methods, purchasing conditions, destination markets, distribution costs, and pricing policies can all be different. A lower price does not, by itself, indicate a difference in authenticity.
